Our Mission

To nurture bold actors, orchestrate collaborative action, and shift narratives and mindsets to strengthen local agency and enable system-wide change for a just green transition

Why?

The systems within which we live are unequal and extractive by design, reproducing bad social and environmental outcomes by default.

Repairing what is broken is not enough; we need courageous leadership, bold collective action and social innovation to chart new pathways that connect us to a more desirable, inclusive and regenerative future, a future in which we thrive by helping each other thrive in harmony with Nature, a future which is climate-safe by design, in which love, care and collaboration are foundational rather than counter-cultural values.

The seeds of that future are already present today; they need watering and nurturing to flourish.

JUTI was born from a conviction: that what is missing is not more action, but a fundamentally different quality of action. One that works from the bottom up, rooted in communities, and oriented toward a regenerative future, not just a greener version of the status quo.

We empower visionary actors: leaders, pioneers, entrepreneurs by supporting their growth, amplifying their impact, and enabling their journeys with empathy and strategic insight.

Orchestrating Breakthrough Collaboration

We orchestrate collaboration around shared “moonshots”, from clean energy and green finance to clean air and nature-positive economies, and produce the thought leadership that crystallises each agenda and brings the right actors to the table.

Shifting Culture and Narratives

We help illuminate new collective possibilities and pathways, working with creatives, influential voices and culture-shapers to shift expectations of what is possible and build public demand for more desirable futures. We work to shift narratives and build a culture of care and collaboration, helping engender desire and care for better futures.

Flagship project

Bangkok Climate Action Week

Inspired by London Climate Action Week and delivered in close partnership with them, Bangkok Climate Action Week is Southeast Asia’s first city-based climate action festival. It activates full-spectrum engagement – from government, business, and civil society to creatives and communities – to spur ambitious local action, strengthen regional collaboration, and amplify Southeast Asia’s voice and agency on climate and nature.
